Choose an outlet's roster mode

The roster mode controls which planning tools and schedule tabs an outlet uses. Learn where to find it in Outlet Manager and what to check before changing it.

The roster mode decides how an outlet plans its schedule and which tabs appear under Schedule.

Steps

  1. Open Outlet Manager, select the outlet and go to Settings.
  2. Go to Scheduling and open Roster.
  3. Review the roster mode and the tools it enables.
  4. Choose the mode that suits the outlet and save.

Before you change a live outlet

Changing the roster mode changes how managers work. Agree the change with the outlet's managers and check any draft schedules first.
