How the Inside app works for casual workers
As a casual worker, use the Inside app to find open shifts, send your availability, see the shifts you're assigned and clock in and out.
Availability: This feature is only enabled for some organisations or depends on how your organisation is set up. If you can't see it, ask your Inside administrator.
What you can do
- Find work: open Menu > Open shifts to browse roles and shifts.
- Offer to work: send your availability for a shift. The manager reviews your offer.
- See your shifts: accepted offers appear in your schedule.
- Work your shift: clock in, take breaks and clock out on the Clock screen.
- Check your history: see past shifts in Work history.
Important
An offer isn't a booked shift. Only go to work for shifts that appear in your schedule.
