Understand report formats, layouts and history

The available download formats depend on the selected report. Choose from the options shown for the report you need.

Original and Branded layouts

Some reports offer Original and Branded layouts. Use the choice shown for that report. Integration exports use the original layout required by the receiving system.

Retrieve a generated file

Open Reports & Data > History and find the run. Check its date, report and result before downloading. Generated files are retained for 30 days. Run details can remain in History after the download file expires.

If you need to keep an export longer, store the downloaded copy using your organisation's approved records process.

Settings are local preferences

Preferences saved in this area's Settings apply to the current browser and organisation. They do not update every user's defaults or automatically follow you to another browser. Report access still depends on permissions.
