What can each Agency Portal role do?
POCs manage everything, Coordinators assign workers, and Viewers can only view.
Availability: This feature is being rolled out in stages and may not be switched on for your organisation yet. If you can't see it, ask your Inside administrator or contact Inside support.
- POC: full access, including inviting and removing team members.
- Coordinator: can assign workers to requests.
- Viewer: read-only access.
