Does submitting a pay run pay my employees?
No. Submission locks the run in Inside; you still make the payment through your bank.
No. Submitting a pay run locks it and marks the items as paid in Inside. Inside doesn't move money. Use your bank or payment provider to pay employees, using the exports from Payroll Reports if helpful.
