Resend a request to an agency

Send a reminder of an approved request to an agency. You can resend again after five minutes.

Availability: This feature is only enabled for some organisations or depends on how your organisation is set up. If you can't see it, ask your Inside administrator.

Steps

  1. Open the request in Casuals Hub.
  2. Choose to resend it to the agency.

You need to wait five minutes before resending the same request again.
