How agencies fill your requests
Agencies fill approved requests using a shared form or the Agency Portal, either by entering worker details or assigning workers already onboarded with them.
Availability: This feature is only enabled for some organisations or depends on how your organisation is set up. If you can't see it, ask your Inside administrator.
Once a request is approved and shared with an agency, the agency can fill it in one of two ways:
- Through a shared request form, entering the worker's details.
- Through the Agency Portal, assigning a worker who is already onboarded with them.
Assigned agency workers appear on the request in Casuals Hub. Agency workers may receive a day pass QR code for attendance.
