Set up Base Manning

Base Manning tells Inside how many people you need, by role and shift code, at different levels of demand.

Steps

1. Open Outlet Manager, select the outlet and go to Base Manning.
2. Select a service period.
3. Review the demand tiers.
4. For each tier, set the role, shift code and number of people needed.
5. Save.

Important

The count for each tier is the total needed at that tier. It isn't added on top of lower tiers. For example, if the lower tier needs 3 servers and the higher tier shows 5, you need 5 servers in total, not 8.
