Track your offers

Check whether your shift offers are pending, waitlisted or accepted under Offers in the Inside app.

Availability: This feature is only enabled for some organisations or depends on how your organisation is set up. If you can't see it, ask your Inside administrator.

Steps

  1. Open Menu > Open shifts.
  2. Go to Offers.
  3. Check each offer's status.

Offer statuses

  • Pending: the manager hasn't decided yet.
  • Waitlisted: the shift may be full, but you could be offered a place if one opens.
  • Accepted: you're assigned. The shift appears in your schedule.
