Withdraw an offer
Retract an offer that's still pending or waitlisted. If it's already accepted, contact the manager instead.
Availability: This feature is only enabled for some organisations or depends on how your organisation is set up. If you can't see it, ask your Inside administrator.
Steps
- Open Menu > Open shifts > Offers.
- Tap the pending or waitlisted offer.
- Choose Retract offer and confirm.
Already accepted?
You can't retract an accepted offer in the app. Contact the manager as soon as possible.
