Can I permanently delete an employee?

No. Offboard them instead so their history is kept.

Inside doesn't permanently delete employees through Employee Hub. Remove or deactivate them instead. This stops them being scheduled and signing in, while keeping their past schedules, timesheets and pay records. See Offboard an employee who is leaving.
