When someone leaves, offboard them so they can no longer be scheduled or sign in. Inside keeps their history.

Before you start

  • Check for future shifts assigned to the person and reassign them.
  • Make sure their outstanding timesheets, claims and pay items are handled.

Steps

  1. Open the employee's profile in Employee Hub.
  2. Choose the option to remove or deactivate them.
  3. Confirm.

Things to know

Offboarding isn't a permanent deletion. Past shifts, timesheets and pay records remain for reporting and audit.
