Understand timesheet and attendance statuses
Timesheets show a status (Drafted, Assigned, Processed, Paid) and a separate attendance state (Not started, Ongoing, Absent, AWOL). Learn what each means.
Timesheet status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Drafted | The shift exists in a draft schedule |
| Assigned | The shift is assigned and published |
| Processed | The timesheet has been confirmed |
| Paid | The timesheet has been included in a submitted pay run |
Attendance state
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Not started | The shift hasn't begun |
| Ongoing | The person has clocked in |
| Absent | The person didn't attend |
| AWOL | The person didn't attend without approval |
Attendance is shown separately from the timesheet status.
