Choose how a request is shared: Open to All, Reserved or Exclusive
Allocation decides which sources can fill a casual request. Open to All shares it widely, Reserved gives chosen sources first access, and Exclusive limits it to one source.
Availability: This feature is only enabled for some organisations or depends on how your organisation is set up. If you can't see it, ask your Inside administrator.
| Allocation | Who can fill the request |
|---|---|
| Open to All | Any of your sources |
| Reserved | Chosen sources get slots first. Unfilled reserved slots can be released to others |
| Exclusive | Only the chosen source |
You set allocation in a shift template and choose the template when you create a request.
