Release unfilled reserved slots

When reserved sources haven't filled their slots, release them so other sources can fill the request.

Availability: This feature is only enabled for some organisations or depends on how your organisation is set up. If you can't see it, ask your Inside administrator.

With Reserved allocation, chosen sources get first access. If their slots aren't filled, they can be released to your other sources. Depending on your shift template, this can happen automatically or from the request.

Steps

  1. Open the request in Casuals Hub.
  2. Choose to release the unfilled reserved slots.
  3. Confirm.
