Internal casuals, favourites and agency workers
Understand the types of casual worker in Inside: favourited internal casuals who can pick up shifts directly, regular internal casuals who send offers, and agency workers.
Availability: This feature is only enabled for some organisations or depends on how your organisation is set up. If you can't see it, ask your Inside administrator.

| Internal casual | Sends an offer, which a manager accepts |
| Agency worker | The agency assigns them, or enters their details, through the shared form or Agency Portal |
