Fill a casual request
Fill a casual request by accepting workers' offers or assigning workers directly. Inside won't let a request be filled beyond its slots.
Availability: This feature is only enabled for some organisations or depends on how your organisation is set up. If you can't see it, ask your Inside administrator.
Steps
- Open the request in Casuals Hub.
- Review the offers from workers.
- Accept an offer, or assign a worker directly.
- Repeat until all slots are filled.
Things to know
- A request can't be filled beyond its slot count.
- Favourited internal casuals may pick up eligible shifts directly, without an offer.
- Agency workers can be added by the agency. See How agencies fill your requests.
