Why can't I see a feature described in a guide?
Inside features depend on your organisation's setup and your access. Here's why something might be missing and who can help.
There are three common reasons:
- Your access doesn't include it. What you can open is controlled by the access preset your administrator assigned to you.
- The feature isn't switched on for your organisation. Some modules, such as Labour Demand, Casuals Hub, Academy, Newsfeed, claims and payroll, are enabled per organisation.
- It depends on configuration. For example, the schedule tabs you see depend on your outlet's roster mode.
Ask your Inside administrator first. If they confirm it should be visible, report it to Inside support.
